Our goal is to provide you with a consistently superior customer experience—whether at sign-up, during the normal course of business or during a service visit. The Customer Guarantee lets you know what you can and should expect from Eden.

We make the following guarantees:

1. We will answer your questions at your convenience. 

Contact us regarding any service-related issue by calling 0113 892 1115. We aim to finish all repairs within the quoted timeframe and complete each job to the highest of standards. Should you have any issues regarding your repair then you have the rights to bring your device back for assessment and we promise to deal with these situations within 24 hours where possible.

2. We will give you a 12-month functionality guarantee on all our repairs.

This means that your new part will:

- Be fit for all its usual intended purposes.
- Look acceptable in appearance and finish.
- Have no defects.
- Be safe to use on a daily basis.
- Be durable.

If you’re not satisfied with your product you may return it for inspection and, where no damage has been caused, we will change the part for you.

3. We will treat you, your home or your workplace with courtesy and respect.

Our technicians will be trained and equipped to complete the job on the first visit or offer you a free return visit with your repaired device once the necessary work has been completed.

4. We will offer easy-to-understand repair service and provide you with a clear bill. 

Our repair services are designed to be straightforward. A call or visit to our website makes it easy to find the correct service. We aim for the same clarity with our bills. All prices and payment options will be agreed upon before any work is carried out and, for businesses, schools and organisations, payment methods can be tailored to fit your specific needs.

5. We will continually work to offer the best and most cost-effective solutions. 

We see it as our obligation to our customers to monitor and support the development of this industry and be at the forefront in terms of latest technologies and operations. We put professionalism and commitment into our business and we are therefore dedicated to carrying out quality repairs for our customers. We are working tirelessly to ensure our partners and associates are well trained on our products and we active in constantly trying to improve our service and extend our product range.

6. We respond quickly to correct any problem you may experience. 

After the initial repair, if we do not satisfactorily complete installation of any part, we will work quickly to ensure a technician can see to your device within 24 hours. Should the part need replacing then there would be no extra payment to be made by our customers.

7. We will schedule appointments at your convenience and be mindful of your time. 

As a courtesy for on-site visits, we will call you on the day of your booking.


Terms and Conditions

1. You must inform Eden as soon as a fault arises by calling 0113 892 1115 and the device in question must be returned to Eden within 48 hours of the fault being reported.

2. You must produce your original proof of purchase and a description of the fault (including image samples and any other relevant material if and when requested);

3. Our customer care team will carry out trouble shooting with you to see if we can get your device up and running again.

4. If your problem cannot be rectified over the phone, Eden will schedule a technician to take a look for you and provide any necessary work or replacement parts.

5. Our Customer Guarantee does not under any circumstance provide cover for accidental damage caused after a repair has been completed.
